The first blackberries of the season are finally sweet and juicy enough to eat! I’m planning a marathon picking session this weekend, and although I enjoy eating them best raw, there are a few blackberry recipes I’m dying to try out:

Blackberry fennel goat cheese pizza

Love blackberries! Usually make blackberry cobbler. The recipe has the crust on the bottom and it cooks up through the blackberry topping. Yummy!
Yum! Cobbler is my husband’s favorite – I might need to make some for dessert this weekend.
